Can’t find what you’re looking for? Call us at (901) 560-5473.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly online.
Where do you see patients?
We see adults 18 and older who are located in Washington or New York at the time of their visit. All visits are by secure video.
Can I be tested for sleep apnea at home?
Often, yes. For many adults whose symptoms suggest moderate or severe obstructive sleep apnea, a home sleep apnea test is appropriate. Some people need an in-lab sleep study instead, and we’ll help arrange one if so.
What if CPAP isn’t right for me?
CPAP isn’t for everybody. Depending on your sleep test results and health, options include medication to improve sleep apnea, oral appliances, positional therapy and specialist referrals. We’ll help you find what fits.
Do you prescribe CPAP?
No. We don’t prescribe CPAP or other PAP machines. If PAP is recommended after your sleep test, we’ll share your results with your primary care provider or a sleep specialist, who can prescribe it. Once you have your machine, we can help with troubleshooting and follow-up.
I already have a sleep apnea diagnosis. Can you help?
Yes. Send your prior sleep study report and we’ll review it during your visit. We can talk through medication options and help with CPAP troubleshooting.
I already use CPAP but I’m struggling. Can you help?
Yes. Troubleshooting mask fit, leaks, dryness and pressure discomfort is a big part of what we do, including for patients who started PAP elsewhere.
Do you offer medication for sleep apnea?
Yes. For adults with obesity and moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea, we prescribe tirzepatide (Zepbound), which is FDA-approved for this use. We also offer compounded tirzepatide when clinically appropriate. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Medication costs are separate from visit fees.
Can I use medication instead of PAP?
Sometimes. Medication can be used on its own or alongside PAP, depending on your sleep test results, your health and your preferences. We’ll help you decide during your visit.
Do you sell CPAP machines?
No. We don’t sell or prescribe PAP machines. Equipment and supplies come from an equipment supplier and are billed separately.
How often do I need a follow-up visit?
Early on, we check in during your first few weeks on PAP. After that, plan on at least one visit a year: many insurance plans require a yearly follow-up to keep covering your PAP machine and supplies. Follow-up visits are $75.
Do you take insurance?
Yes. With insurance, our sleep evaluation package (evaluation, home sleep test and results) is $99. Coverage varies by plan, and we’ll confirm your cost before testing. Without insurance, the package is $350.
What does it cost to get tested?
Our sleep evaluation package includes your video evaluation, a home sleep test if appropriate, and a results visit: $99 with insurance or $350 without. It’s refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
How soon can I be seen?
You’ll be seen by video within 48 hours of booking.
What happens after I book?
We’ll send an intake questionnaire. Please complete it before your visit.
Is this for emergencies?
No. If you’re having a medical emergency, call 911.
Ready for better sleep?
Book a first visit by video. We’ll review your symptoms, decide whether a home sleep test makes sense, and map out next steps.
