Struggling with your CPAP? You’re not alone.
Lots of people give up on PAP because of problems that can be fixed. We look at your machine data, listen to what’s going wrong and help you get comfortable, with step-by-step instruction and guidance along the way. That includes patients who started PAP somewhere else.

Problems we help with
Mask fit & leaks
Air blowing in your eyes, noisy leaks or marks on your face often mean the mask style or size needs to change.
Dry mouth & nose
Humidifier and heated tubing settings, mouth leaks and nasal congestion can all be addressed.
Pressure discomfort
Feeling like there’s too much air, or swallowing air? Settings like ramp and exhale relief can be adjusted.
Feeling closed in
Gradual, step-by-step practice and a different mask style can make PAP feel far less confining.
Still tired on PAP
We check whether your therapy is working and look for other causes of ongoing fatigue.
Hard to stick with it
Tips, goals and check-ins in the early weeks help PAP become part of your routine.
Data-driven follow-up
Most modern PAP machines record nightly usage, leak and how many breathing events are still happening. We review that data with you during follow-up visits and help you solve problems based on what it shows, not guesswork.
If you plan to use insurance for your equipment, many insurers require proof that you’re using PAP regularly in the first few months. Early follow-up helps you meet those requirements.
Yearly check-in: many plans also require a follow-up visit every year to keep covering your PAP machine and replacement supplies like masks, cushions and filters. Follow-up visits are $75.
Bring to your visit
